Three estimators for clearer coverage decisions.

Enter your own assumptions and see how the numbers move. Every result is an illustrative estimate, not a quote or a guaranteed outcome.

  2. 2Deductible Planner
  3. 3Out-of-Pocket Maximum

Tool 1

Term Need Estimator

Estimates additional life coverage by adding income replacement, debts and future obligations, then subtracting savings and existing coverage.

Assumptions: no inflation, investment growth or taxes; income replaced for the number of years you enter.

Tool 2

Deductible Planner

Shows what you might pay out of pocket on a single illustrative claim and your combined premium-plus-claim cost for the year.

Effect of the deductible: you pay the deductible first; the insurer pays covered amounts above it, subject to policy terms.

Tool 3

Out-of-Pocket Maximum Calculator

Estimates cost-sharing for a plan year from eligible expenses, deductible progress, coinsurance and copays, capped at the plan's stated out-of-pocket maximum.

Important: premiums do not count toward the out-of-pocket maximum. Actual calculations depend on covered services, network rules, exclusions and cost-sharing terms.
